Hi,
My broadband contract is about to expire, and whenever I try the broadband selector on the Sky website I get a 'Technical Error...it's you not us' and unable to proceed. I've tried the page on three differnent computers, 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Edge) and two different networks.
I'm reluctant to call up and likely incur a long wait and call charges. Sky no longer seem to allow email or web page messaging either. If I don't get this sorted, I'll be paying £37.50 a month for 13mb broadband. Not happy!
Any Sky staff on here that can explain what's going on with the site?

Have to pay for 033 numbers unfortunately.
Website is still broken when trying to check broadband availabilty. Guess Sky don't bother checking here?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Turnbull Unfortunately Sky need to talk to you to set up a new contract there is no way round that. One of the possible reasons is because your exchange is one where Openreach no longer accept connections over copper and Sky would need to arrangecto get a new fibre connection made which is to complex to do online - there are specific requirements that need explaing and your agreement gained.
Ofcom require that all 03 numbers are included in call oackages and these days most contract phones have unlimited calls.
