Went live on the third. When the internet is on its brilliant but through out the dayits turning off to amber disconnects us all

Also run the connection test in the My Sky app - it works over a mobile connection - thst will tell you if there is a known fault.
Lastly call Sky as they can access diagnostic information from your hub which maybe faulty.
