Sky broadband very slow, turning off by itself

Hi, we started experiencing this issue yesterday where our sky box keeps turning on and off by itself, the connection just keeps going away and returning. We tried turning it off and on yesterday, but the same issue repeated today. So i want to know why.

Do you mean your Sky broadband Hub? You've posted in the Sky+ TV forum. What happens to the Internet light on your Hub, when it turns on and off?

@Kyunglin  Is the internet light going out or turning amber and flashing ? Is this what is happening?
