Sky broadband upgrade more expensive for customers than new customers
Been with sky for 16 years (platinum customer) full fibre has eventually landed in my area at last. New customer deals full fibre deal £29 but for loyal customers £42 Per month. Paying £133 p/m as it is so can't believe sky treating long term customers by trying to charge loyal existing customers £13 more than non sky customers.

Re: Sky broadband upgrade more expensive for customers than new customers
Sky will always offer new customers incentives to join. You will have benefited from such an offer when you first joined. In this day and age you're unlikely to receive a deal comparable to what a new customer will be quoted.

@Sky+box+cons it is often worth calling Sky to see if they can offer you a better price for an upgrade. Hopefully your £133 per month covers both your TV and current broadband which are normally on separate contracts.
