No wifii

I have no internet...hub's WiFi is switched off is the message I get when I check service in my sky app

@Razia1  Does give you any information on what the fault is with your broadband and how to get it fixed?

It advised to toggle the band widths but that's not worked either

@Razia1  Which lights on the router are not on or a different colour.
