Sky broadband setup

I have sky broadband being set up in my new property next week - I have read that an engineer will be needed, and then on a separate page it says that no engineer is needed for the setup. Can you confirm which is correct? The current tenants of the property have sky broadband already setup

@LiamB05  Are you having Fibre to the premises installed this is where the engineer comes in and the no engineer part is the setup of the router.

If someone has helped give them Like.

As @Highlinder indicates, a new order may well be the trigger for an FTTP installation.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

@LiamB05

So the address will be getting an FTTP connection delivered from a pole, hence the requirement for an installer visit.
