Sky broadband keeps dropping

My WIFI seems to be dropping a few times a day. It's been doing this for 2-3 weeks now and has been dropping once or twice but today it has went down 3 times since 9am.

Any idea what could be causing this? When I test the broadband on the Sky website, it says that everything is fine when it clearly isn't.

I work from home so it's frustrating that it keeps dropping.

I have been getting the same thing for quite a while. Engineer came out a couple of months ago . Fixed it for a short while , then same problem happened again. Doing the test on this website doesn't help as it doesn't seem to catch on that my WiFi is not working. The centre light is red or off mostly.
