Ongoing problems with sky broadband-keeps dropping out and takes several router restarts to get it working again. We had a sky engineer visit a few months ago who said the problem is not in the internal set up. An Openreach engineer then visited in Feb and was going to get in touch with sky to agree on actions to resolve the problem but we have not heard anything since and continue to face problems.
