Connection issue

Ive been with sky broadband for 10 days now and for the past 9.5 days ive wanted to cancel my contract. The speed ia very hit and miss (ranging from 50mb-504mb, we have the 500mb package). The connection is very inconsistent, when tryinf to load a aimple page on safari, i have to turn my wifi off and use mobilt data, we sometimes cant access netflix or discovery+ and wven regular sky tv. Does anyone know how long it takes for it to settle down? Im willing to give it another couple of days but cancel if it doesnt improve. I understand there can be a few issues when joining a nee provider, but if i am being charged full price, i want a full service
