I've rang sky they came out few days later he said you need a BT connection plug thing so he sent him put a few days later and he said you don't need that your connection is there old connections and he proceeded to carry on the job came back from the cable box and said overthing is fine and left 3 days later its happened again and sky have proceeded to leave it like this with no other ideas on what to do I'm paying 46 pound a month for nothink it's a disgrace it's like paying for a shoe with no sould or laces absolute joke 21st century and we still have these problems might aswell got to telephone dial tone connection was more reliable
