I'm with them one year and one year it's the same what if people work from home and need the Internet ? And we don't can't even speak with them such bad service

They did not have a clue...started to insult us by asking if I had the right cabled plugged in... suppose to me a technical dept..?

Sky broadband fibre issue

anyone else having problems with sky this morning green light flashing constantly and not connecting to the internet ?

Mine is out also. Very confusing when service status says good, and you know you have an ongoing issue with Sky you are also trying to resolve.

Mine went down in the early hours of the morning also. Just flashing green despite resetting everything.

Try phoning them get openreach out I'm.still.waiting that's from.friday afternoon

Same for me too, flashing green light constantly following a rest this morning. I had come down to a solid red light. Tried a reset and now it's stuck on a pulsating green....

Just been posted on a local forum so they are aware 

With regards to no Broadband for Sky, BT & EE customers:

UPDATE 8.22

Just spoken with Sky. There is a huge outage that engineers are currently working on. It isn’t just affecting our area but lots of others too and will affect all Sky, BT & EE customers.
Bad news is he said it could take between 2 hours and 2 days! To sort - but it is being worked on 🤷🏻‍♀️
