My sky broadband is down despite me having a "guarantee" from sky that I would not lose f kng connection are the servers down? I just need confirmation that sky hasn't gone down at all or if I'm getting yet another HUGE discount on my new contract.

@Lynn22222 report the issue to Sky so they can get it fixed as it is probably a line issue.
