Trouble connecting

I had wall to wall guarantee what since I have this after upgrade this is not working properly. I try to contact many time and has chat as well never fix the issue some content can't connect , can't get signal other side the  wall . Very low connecting

@Karan+mall a lot depends on what the wall is made of and what else is in the way a block psrtition wall shouldn't be a problem but a solid brick or stone wall is a different proposition..However as a thin layer of metal foild will totally block the wifi signal as of course would a radiator so as a first step see if moving the hub higher might help.
