Hi
I am getting the keys to my new home on Friday 11th August. I ordered online today sky Q and super fast broadband.
I have checked my order updates and my sky hub delivery is Friday 4th August with an activation date of Monday 7th August.
as I won't be in the property on this delivery date can I change the delivery date?

You should be able to push the installation back on your my sky-> your orders or on your sky.com account
