I have been losing signal from the internet connection for over a month now

I am tired of contacting Sky check my record how many times I have called up about the same issue.

what have you done to fix it because the issue is still the same

@Gemma+Waigh  You/re not addressing Sky via the forum, we are all customers here so have no record of any of your contact with Sky.
