Hi, please can you provide me with an update regarding compensation for late installation of 500 meg broadband please. I was told this would be £5.86 for each day thanks

@Tracey+Elliott You are not talking to Sky we are fellow customers like yourself. Is there any information in future bills that a credit has been put on your account??

Compensation is supposed to be credited to the Sky account for use against future bills within 45 days of the delayed broadband service actually being activated: realistically that's at least two billing cycles.
