Sky broadband cable
The cable I have has snapped is there any chance that I could get one sent to me

@Chloe780 Sky normally dont replace cables instead they send out a feplacement hub and ask you thecreturn the old one although nothing to stop,you just using the cable that comes with the new unit and sending back the broken cable with the new unit szving reconnecting your devices. You would need to call Sky to get that done.
However you can easily buy replacements for the cable that connects the hub to the phone socket you need a DSL cable with rj11 connecters which any hardware shop stocks. If you have full fibre the cable is an Ethernet cable with rj45 connectors. The power cables cannot normally be bought so you will need to do the hub swap.

It's not the phone cable thats snapped it's the main broadband cable
