Wi-Fi issue
Have already put a complaint in this week as Wi-Fi has been awful for a couple of weeks and was told no issues can be seen from your side. It's still awful and constantly dropping out. I need this fixed as work from home

@TSW1983 You are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself. But if you would like some help to find the issue first can you tell us which colour of router from Sky you have black or white.
