Hi,
My sky booster stopped working after a power cut. This is to connect Sky from one end of the house to the other using WIFI.
All other pieces of my Sky equipment work, including another Sky broadband booster, Sky q box and Sky q mini box. I have reset all of the equipment, disocnnected and reconnected to the internet various times but nothing is working.
The Sky broadband booster is showing a green light on power and no lights on connection or wifi. When resetting the power button turns red then flashes green for a few seconds then goes blank. The WPS button does not work either, I'm thinking the power cut may have caused this box to become faulty.
If that is the case how do I go about getting a replacement from Sky? I have tried to use the virtual assistant but I couldn't get any answers.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the WiFi light isnt coming on then this suggests its failing to boost as that light should always come on. You would need to call Sky for a replacement, quickest way would be to call and hold through any prompts to go online. Or we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep.
