I need help, my Wi-Fi doesn't turn on the internet light, it was activated yesterday but it's not working yet

Did you get the confirmation email/text from Sky to say your line is active?
Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

It's not working Sky broadband
Yesterday it was wifi activation, we did all the procedures, but it's turning on the internet light
