I changed supplier 3 weeks ago and have now been asked to return my sky equipment that I no longer have as I wasn't aware that it had to be sent back.
First time I have had to return the router to sky and I was a previous customer and never had to do this/
It's unfair I am going to be charged given i had not been given any warning to send back.
