Sky box - no power

So the white light has disappeared off our router. It's been fine since it went active recently.

I've checked that nothing has tripped on electrics and it hasn't. I don't really know what to do.

@Lolly20 If the mains socket is live and working, then the PSU or the sky Max Hub has failed if nothing is working for you broadband Internet / wireless wifi, you need to call sky tomorrow to get a replacement sent, they are open 8am - 8pm to call them!

Thank you! I managed to call before they closed at 9pm & they're sending a replacement out!😊
