Order

I have recently purchased sky full fibre broadband. My house requires open reach installation for full fibre. 

when I first bought it said I have the provisional date of 13 March for it to be activated on. I've since received messages that they've completed their planning and expect to be ready to install on 20 May. So does this mean I have to be in my house for anything on 13 March / will I not have wifi until 20th May?

 

what does not help is that I don't have the information given to me to track my order or change my appointment either.

Hi Thanks for your reply. When I log in it says I have no order history or anything to track unfortunately.
