Sky box keeps disconnecting on broadband and extremely slow downloading

Our TV package loses broadband continuously and the download is extremely slow. You state when doing checks everything is ok but when conducting our own tests we are only getting a max of 28mb/s on average.

Do you other devices like phones and tablets have the same disconnecting issue ?

 

Did you run this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions
