You cant order via the app as you need to contact Sky and you have to have broadband max on your account as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can eithe call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link
