Sky box does not connect with router, same problem every single day!!
Sky box disconnects from the router every single day. Sit down at night to watch something before bed, same issue every single night! Constantly reads there seems to be a problem with your router, have a brand new wifi 6 router that I pay extra for from sky, with your broadband, super fast broadband I'm paying for apparently, or sky box not connected. Continually reset but it doesn't work, just going to post this every day it doesn't work until sky release me from my contract, because it appears to be unfixable. Who wants to reset boxes and press wps buttons every night at half 10?! Joke of a service!!!

@Cassie27 what "Sky box" do you have there are several different types? If you are referring to the Sky Stream pucks go into the settings on the TV box go down to Start Up and Standby and set the box to stay networked in Standby and turn off Overnight Power saving which normally improves start up. Other box types have different settings

Hiya,
I have two sky Q boxes.
The main box that is wired to the router disconnects every day. I spend over an hour trying to reconnected it last night. This then knows the sky Q out on the other room. Constantly reads no problem with broadband or no internet connection.
