My broadband isn't working correctly. I've unplugged everything and plugged it all back in

I've followed the instructions on My Sky and that says there's still a fault but won't show me how to fix it. I dodnt have a house phone so can't test the line separately. I think I need an engineer visit but they don't seem to offer that.

There should be a telephone number available by following the 'I still need more help' route here:
