Hi,
I've had a wifi booster for months and had no issues with it until yesterday. I called Sky about slow internet speeds and as a part of that call, they told me to reset the router, but now the booster box won't connect to the router and I've tried everything Sky recommends online and followed the connection video exactly (Even moved the booster next to the router to see if it was a distance issue).
I decided during the call to upgrade my package to fiber. Would this have interfered in anyway? maybe I can't use the booster now my pachage has been upgraded?
Note, that I also received a new router in December from Sky, but the booster has successfully paired before so I doubt that its an incompatibility issue.
Router model: SR203
Booster model: EE120
