Good morning and HNY.
I have recently moved my broadband supplier from BT to yourselves. The reason for this was you gave a much better deal. I had great speed and connection with BT, no problems at all.
Now I have changed to Sky the speed and connection is terrible. It struggles if 2 people are using their mobiles at the same time! It has even changed the colour on the TV, with BT it was bright and vibrant and now it is dull.
I understand that more connections means slower speeds but surely we should be able to run more than one mobile at a time and at least have good picture quality on our TV?
