Sky Wifi Not Appearing on Network List

It's as the title says, I've plugged in my Sky Wifi and everything was working fine. However, as I tried to set up an extender, all of a sudden it refused to show up on multiple devices' network lists leaving us unable to connect.

We have also tried connecting through SSID and the QR code all to no avail.

The box in question is a Sky Max Hub.

Having exactly the same issue with the same hub. 

line went active on the 16th. Installed new hub on the 17th. Worked for an hour then crashed and ever since it doesn't show on the network lists on any devices. 

Plugged the old hub in and all works fine with that one.
