Sky WiFi max
How can I get Sky WiFi Max Broadband - we recently upgrade to gigafast but the current broadband seems to be the bottleneck?

Note that WiFi Max isn't available for G.fast broadband because the Max Hub doesn't contain a G.fast modem.

Re: Sky WiFi max
@janeil44 How and what makes you think that the SR203 router is the bottleneck with you connection speed that you have?
If you want and sky can supply the Max to your system, then upgrade and order the Max to your current package from SKY, you can call or do it online, you will soon find out what is available to you!

Re: Sky WiFi max
Over WiFi speeds are no more than 150mbps and include dead zones in the house. - I tried to contact sky but the virtual assistant is not allowing me to talk to a human

Re: Sky WiFi max
@janeil44 And what speed package do you have from sky? Until you do an Ethernet connected to the sky router and speed test that way ideally with all the wireless ((off)), but that is not always easy to do, or do this test and post the result from a web browser.
Speaking to sky, remain quite on the phone prompts, will normally get you eventually to speak to a body...

Re: Sky WiFi max
@janeil44 With that speed at 900mb/s you Fibre network is up there, and with the SR203 Black router you shoild be able to and this is device specific ie how good the device is and how busy the wi-fi wireless network is at that time, that router will pull 500-600mb/s easily as a speed indication, with the fast.com link, 2 parts, let the first go, it's still running, then on update, it will show you what it thinks your device is doing. Will link a picture below in a few mins once i edit it, and when cleared for viewing you will see.
