Internet connection
HI You upgraded my Broadband in January but this was just connected to my old router, i was asked by teh engineer where my new router was but then he assumed that the old one was OK. The speeds and connection I was told I would get are the same as before. I feel i should have been sent a new router but this didn't happen. Could you please confirm as i am debating moving to another provider as my TV is constantly buffering and my VPN for work is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting

@PaulYates1 Was your upgrade from SKY a Full Fibre to the home as a new and complete installation?

@PaulYates1 And then when all off this happened, did the Sky Router have to be moved from a different position or area from previous when you were connected to the old telephone line?

yeah moved to a different area, but my work PC is closer to it now
