I have a Sky Q set up in my house with a Sky hub router. Most devices (PCs and consoles) are hardwired but phones and printers all use WiFi, as do the Sky Q mini boxes and the WiFi has not been working properly for about a month now. And it is getting worse.
I have rebooted everything multiple times and there is no difference.
Every diagnostic shows I have a good signal and 13 devices connected to the WiFi, but none of these 13 devices are actually connected to the internet. This means I cannot print anything. The mini boxes keep dropping off so I cannot watch any TV.
And I pay three figures a month for this 'service'. It is driving me bananas.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I have just run a diagnostic on the printer that won't connect and it says the signal strength is excellent and the IP check gets a pass but the 'Detailed IP Setup Check' is 'unknown'.

Thanks @jamesn123 but I was able to get hold of a Sky Engineer and they told me how to login in to the Sky Hub as an admin and reset its external call to the network.. This has helped enormously. They also said that just turning it off for ten minutes can force the external connection to reset but that it was better ot login and manually reset it.
Once I had done that I had to go around the house and reset the main Sky Q box then all the mini boxes but since then everything on my network, including the printer and phones are all now working again.
Thanks for taking the time to reply though, I appreciate it.

The very same thing is happening to us too, Sky Q TV ok but sky mini boxes not working. Any help appreciated as I totally object to paying 3 figures for a service that isn't provided.
