Sky WiFi extender not appearing in recent orders.

Hello there! I've just recently ordered a free WiFi extender because all my Smart home items keep slipping offline due to poor WiFi signal. 

The Advisor was great and recognised my problem as he could see it for himself. 

normally, when I receive a new Sky item it appears in 'My Orders" within the " My Sky" App. 

But this is a very recent order of the WiFi extender, but is not showing as ordered in "My Sky" App. 

should I just chill out.?  or give them a quick call to confirm my order?

@Barry1506 Typically while otders do take a few hours to populate if it hasn't shown up or you have not had a notification from DPD in 24 hours I woulld follow up with Sky.

 

The conditions for a free pod extender are paying for the Wifi Max bundle and onky one extender can be agreed without a broadbsnd engineer coming out to see what is required. if those conditions are not met the order would not go through.
