Devices won’t connect

Router appears to be working perfectly however - doesn't appear on any devices to be able to connect to it

Re: WiFi Down

Just press WPS button on your router for 30 seconds and then your wifi router will reboot itself and the connection will be restored automatically and wifi will start working.

Thank you

@SimonOS  Have you tried to do a factory re-set on the hub to see if this brings it back?

Re: No WiFi but wired connection is ok

I have done the factory reset by holding down the wps button. The WiFi then came up on my phone but said it has an issue and has gone back to not being found again

Connected our services ok last night. This morning - no connection for broadband or tv

Connected our new SKY Broadband and tv services last night (SKY Max hub) and all ok. This morning, nothing works - no SKY WiFi to connect for devices and no signal for tv.

Same problem here. We had the issues with the Sky Puck which affected lots of people too but fixed that. Now we're having to restart the router in the morning but the puck still says there's no WiFi connection. So frustrating, we're new customers and are not impressed so far.

I tried what was said about doing a reset by holding in the WPS. Button untill it blinks and it seems to have worked. 👍
