Sky Wi-Fi keeps going down

hi my sky broadband Wi-Fi keeps going down we paid extra for fast broadband and this is happening on a regular basis. We was told after four weeks this would be affected and sorted after we had it fitted. It is still the same and The broadband that I am paying for is not up to standard Had a better signal with the old broadband would like somebody to come out and sort this out please kind regards, Mr. Straw

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
