Really getting sick of poor BB

So much for fibre being the best!! TV freezes and drops out as well as mobile devices. The sooner my contract comes to an end the better! 🤬

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Already done the above and as my original post states no issue found however I am 2 hubs in and still having the same issues

Your original post makes no mention of you running any tests whatsoever so as per my post give Sky a call so they can try some tests to see if they can find any issues.

@Dave524 If you had an original post, it was probably pulled for some reason, rules are rules! So now gone!
