Sky Ultrafast terrible

Hey I hope someone can help. We just moved into a new build and have had no option but to get sky broadband. We do not think sky is great after having them before. We've had ultrafast for 3 weeks now and it is shockingly bad. I refuse to pay sky anymore for boosters etc. It can't seem to cope with 4 people doing different things. Any advice would be great.

Hi @jamesn123, I'm assuming it's a white 6 hub that I have as none of that information comes up.

Ah yes sorry. 

When you run the test in the My Sky app does it flag any issues with your setup?

Whats the speed like from a WiFi connected device & ethernet device?
