Sky TV

Hi, 

The sound has been out of sync for weeks now on my sky TV, I've tried everything. Please can someone help.

@VictoriaLHead  You've posted on the Broadband Board but mention TV?  Which TV Box do you have? Sky Q or Sky Stream?

 

This doesn't sound like it a broadband drelated issue in any case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
