Broadband upgrage

I signed up to upgrade my broadband to high fibre in June. The job was given to Openreach. They have cancelled the appointment 5 times. Can you explain why?

There's a department within Ofcom which would be very upset if that were the case.

Generally speaking, evidence suggests Openreach treats all its ISP clients equally badly....
