Hi,
I ordered sky TV and broadband yesterday for installation at the end of next month. I also have sky mobile from previously. When I log into my sky account I can only see my mobile information. There is no information for TV or Broadband and it asks me to purchase again. Will it take some time to show up here or have I done something wrong?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shan1202is looks like you will have to speak to Sky about linking your mobile and broadband accounts. As you would have used the same email address.
