@Salvana  You've posted on the broadband board about a TV related issue,  how is your Sky TV not working, any on screen messages?  Have you spoken to Sky in these 3 days?

 

What Sky TV do you have?  Sky+HD, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
