Unable to connect iPad to sky broadband hub

Everything connects to sky broadband TV, Amazon echo, mobiles (android) but can't connect to iPad mini and iPad. It says wrong password which it's not. I've tried all the recommended turning off and rebooting iPad and router asking them to lose the network etc to no avail. I've almost lost the will to live. Can anyone help?

@debbied3494 check you are entering the password correctly as Sky use both 0 & O and 1 & l and I in their password which are easy to misread - dont ask me how I know!

If you are entering the code correctly I have found thst as well as telling the devicecto forget the connection to then power it down (press the side and a voli=ume button until the power slidexappears) and then rebooting usually works. You should only need to do that on one iPad as once networked an Apple device can share the password with any other nearby.

Re: Unable to connect iPad to sky broadband hub

Thank you because we'd connected everything with the QR code. The iPads were the onlys ones where we couldn't and we were putting l instead of I (capital I!). Sorted now thankyou for replying.
