Sky TV NG13

Our Sky TV and Sky Broadband have been slow since sat night (21/12/24) so bad the Sky Tv keeps crashing and is unwatchable - Apps like Apple and Netficks not loading at all.

@SleepyHollow1  Which Sky TV do you have Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also have you tried rebooting your router and your Sky TV box?
