i've been trying to get sky uk to send me a QBox which i paid for in Feb 2024. To date sky has not sent said QBox. Each of the 6 sky uk phone numbers i've tried, all i get is "sorry, your telephone number does not match any account". Sky UK also does not answer emails or letters sent to them. What is going on at Sky - this is no way to have customer relations
