Sky Superfast Speed Issues - some advice

Hi. I live in a 3 storey block of flats about 200 yards from our Exchange. I know the Exchange has been configured to allow the 900mbps package and our block doesn't seem to be able to get that, but that's another story and not I'm asking about that. 'If' I go to the upgrade checker on my account, it says I'm on the fastest package currently available, i.e. Superfast AND my maximum connection speed is 47 - 52 mpbs (which it definitely is) and which I know is very low. Now the issue. I live on a landing where there are 3 flats, entrances within 2 yards of each on that landing and we all live on the 2nd floor. If I check what packages the other 2 flats can get, they too can only get Superfast BUT their max speed quoted is 67-71 mpbs. Theoretically to me , we should all be able to get something very similar. I'd like to get Sky to look at this and address this and find what problem there may be. I'd like to ask people's advice in what's the best way to go about this?

If your building isn't equipped for FTTP then you aren't going to get 900Mbs, or a tenth of it.

Minor variation in estimated or delivered FTTC speed isn't particularly unusual: there's a wide margin for error in that technology given it's delivered over copper phone pairs which Alexander Graham Bell would recognise.

Sky will neither 'look at' or 'address this', nor would any other Openreach ISP: the Universal Service Obligation is for 10Mbs

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
