Sky Broadband Shield

Hello,

 

I am unable to log into Sky broadband shield. I have spoken to sky on three separate occasions.

 

1 st call) They didnt understand what I was asking so she just turned Sky shield off.

 

2nd call) He said that he will send out a new hub as it was definitely something to do with that - Guess what? Didnt work!

 

3rd call) He didnt know but sent a message to technical and he sent me a text yesterday with no option to reply - To delete the sky app on my phone, reinstall and it should work - Guess what? Didnt work!

 

It isnt just on the sky app anyway and I explained that, its on all browsers. I have tried different devices and each time it says Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later.

 

Sky - Can you get someone to look into this please. I have never been able to access it and I need to, to block certain sites. I havent got an hour to waste each time when I speak to you, it just needs to be sorted.  

 

I have cleared cache, cookies, different devices, different browsers - All with the same error message. 

 

The last person I spoke to at Sky was Alex but as I said when he text me, he didnt give me an option to response and hasnt followed up with a call to check if it working.

This is a customer helps custom,er forum so you are not talking to Sky so a few questions:

 

When did you go live with Sky Broadband ?

What is happening when you try to access the broadband shield ?
