I have tried to change my Sky Shield settings both online and via the My Sky app and it doesn't work. It's like a technical bug, only it's not a temporary bug. This issue has persisted for over 10 days now. The only option I can select is the inactive time period, but when I do the adjustable time boxes are greyed out, I cannot change them and I cannot save the settings. It just does not work no matter what device I try to do this on. I would like to remove browsing restrictions and to my knowledge, this is the only way to do it and I can't. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know how to help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DannyPark most likely explanation is that you are not using the Sky id linked to the account. Assuming you are the account holder check you are using the correct id if you are sure you are call Sky as they need to sort the permissions.
