Had fibre installed at end of nov had more days without internet than with , keep getting green flashing light on router

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bonniesky the fault where the white Sky Max hub has a green flashing light requires Sky to get Openreach to sort out the issue. I am therefore escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Did you manage to get this fixed. Openreach could not fix my issue.

No , I have since left Sky and joined BT, no issues at all with them works perfectly
