Red internet light

On my sky box, the power and Wifi light are green. The internet light is red. How do I sort this out? I have reset the box and turned it off and on from the mains

@Vee09 your hub has lost connection to the exchange. The steps to take are firstly to run the Connection Check in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to see if thst tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky somthry can getvthe line checked. However be warned after yesterdays storm and the holiday it could be some days before Openreach get round to your fault.
